In January of 2022 I was invited to design, renovate, envision, and ignite an interdisciplinary art center in Patterson, New York.  Supported by the seasoned and socially-minded Community-Based Services, and with the help of Taylor Martin, InterArts began to unfold into a mission of shared connection and humanity around the arts.  After two years of designing, building, hiring, revisioning, community building, outfitting, and inviting, Hudson Valley InterArts was opened in May 2024.  A 15,000 sq. ft. community art center housing a Ceramics Studios, Music and Sound Studio, Digital Studio, Movement and Yoga Studio, Fiber Arts Studio, Gallery, lending Library, and various community spaces, InterArts is a continually evolving, living vision in action.  Serving artists of all abilities, we aim to create a community of artists that is truly inclusive, while building an inviting space which makes creativity inevitable and celebrative.
